Novelty pads and sports pads have an individual fit, which noticeably relieves the foot when footwear is worn for a long time. Sling pads have been especially developed for pumps in all forms. Due to their edges, which taper to „nothing“, they are hardly discernible from the insole. Sandal footbeds significantly increase comfort and wearability of sandals and are available in all kinds of different variations. If required, we can also produce them with integrated arch support and metatarsal pad as protection against flatfoot and splayfoot, as well as for pure support of the natural foot arch.
ARCH SUPPORT / METATARSAL PAD / TOE GRIPS / BALL CUSHION
Arch supports prevent flatfeet or fallen arches from developing. They effectively support the longitudinal arch of the foot. Metatarsal pads on the other hand prevent splayfoot from developing. Arch supports and metatarsal pads are also available in combination. Toe grips provide improved grip for the foot in an open shoe. Ball cushions are very popular in shoes with higher heels.
HEEL PAD / HEEL PAD WITH ARCH SUPPORT / HEEL EDGE PAD
Heel pads generally protect the heel from pressure and impact. Heel pads with arch support additionally support the ankle and prevent fallen arches (flat feet) from developing. Heel edge pads provide an elastic seat for the heel and, due to the recess in the middle section, can be used for several sizes by pulling the edges apart while gluing.
SHOE UPPER PADS
Shoe upper pads generally lend the inner shoe a better fit. The sensitive foot, with its tendons and ligaments is optimally cushioned. Ankle pads protect the ankle from bruises and stiff upper material. The instep of the foot is protected against pressure and tightly laced ligaments are protected by tongue pads. Collar pads softly finish the end of the shoe upper. Trimming strips produce a soft and smooth, elastic finish to the upper edge of the shoe. Cap pads protect the middle foot at the edge of the safety cap.
